I've spent the last few weeks getting some terrain done. Here is some more industrial stuff. And another WIP piece (made using JRM, Old Crow Models, Conflix Chemical and Platformer kits, MDF and cable ties. I've also been working on my ruined city terrain (mostly GW with some JRM thrown in for variety). Lastly there are some other bits. The river sections are from JRM (highly recommend these) as are the bridges (I made good use of their free postage before Christmas! ). The rocky outcrops are from HeroClix (I think), just had to repaint them and add some detail.

I finally got around to actually painting my 6'x4' MDF boards (had them for just under a year) and had a little daydream with the finished terrain. The 4 lane road sections are actually 25mm scale items made by CNC Workshop. These MDF boards are very handy for representing a major highway. I'll be making some MDF ones for smaller roads. I've also been playing with some old bits and pieces. This was a Star Wars Rebel Transport I had for over 20 years. Its now a crash-landed Imperial transport of some kind. I'm also working on some natural terrain (hills, cliffs etc) to go with all the trees I've based. Need to have some variety in our battlegrounds (I'll be painting the reverse sides of my base boards to look like dirt/counrtyside).

It was a daydream worth sharing onyx...the tables look the goods.
The downed Rebel transport looks excellent - just like Obi-Wan would say..."Just another happy landing!" ;D

Some more terrain bits and pieces. Tau buildings from Old Crow Models. Some defensive features that I've put together for the Krieg list. The Concrete Bunkers are from JR Miniatures. The larger Command Bunker/AA emplacment is a converted Conflix Ammo dump and the trench lines are hand made using plasticard bases, corrigated card (pinched from my wife's craft box) and Polyfila. Basically adapted from the ones in the Krieg Supplement.

Hope you asked permision for the corrugated card... Looks excellent - the AA emplacement/earth embankments came out really well. So how many boards could you cover now?

Sometimes it just doesn't pay to go away, all the nice things start to appear.... I'm really quite envious of the terrain that you guys have over there, every time I see pics I wish that we could have nice boards like them! Very nice
