I've also been working on my Necrons. My Aeonic Orb. My Pylon and Obelisk. A Tomb Spider and Destroyer. A Wraith. I've also got another Guard army to paint for my Nephew and about 5000pts worth of Nid's to do aswell. Never a dull moment around here!

Thanks guys. "Who made the Necrons?" - I did! To add just a bit more detail as to what they are made of... The detroyer is a 40 Scarab with the torso of a DRM Andrayadas Vanguard. The Wraith is a 40k Ripper tail and the torso of a DRM Andrayadas Bodyguard. The Aeonic Orb is made using an Exodus Wars Khazari Droid Controller with a Bionicle bit attached to hold the Orb (a marble). The Pylon is also a Bionicle part. The Obelisk was made using a Cyborg Perimeter Guard (bought from a local hobby store). The crystal was bought from Spotlight. The Tomb Spider is an old 40k Scarab with a few bends to the legs.

Just a quick update. I haven't had much time spare this week as I'm building a Fortress of Gondor for a local Lord of the Rings Strategy Battle game player.... Never a dull moment around here The Necron so far. My Tomb Complex, Pylon, Obelisks, Tomb Spyders, Orb & a Destroyer. The Heavy Destroyers.

I've finished my Necrons (for now anyway, still need a Warbarque and a Deciever). The army so far. Nightbringer, Tomb Spyders and a Tomb Complex. Monoliths (thanks to Mark_Logue for the mould) and Obilisks. Heavy Destroyers and a Destroyer Lord. Flayed Ones, Immortals and Pariahs. Necron Lord and Warriors. Pylons, Destroyers & an Aeonic Orb. Wraiths. I've made the Monoliths using Dental Plaster, cable ties and green crystal jewellery. The original mould was made by Mark_Logue. I didn't paint them black because I like being different and the green/metal theme carries thru the whole army now. The Nightbringer is from West Wind Miniatures. The Flayed Ones and Pariahs are from Ground Zero Games (second last entry). The Warriors, Immortals, Wraiths (tail is a GW Ripper), Destroyers and Heavy Destoyers (along with GW Scarabs) are from Dark Realm Miniatures. The Pylons are made using Bionicle parts as is the Aeonic Orb (with an Exodus Wars Droid Contoller). The Abattoir (and Tomb Complex) are made using Hirst Arts Blocks and a GW Blackstone Fortress. The Harvester tentacles under the Abattoir are made using a pipe cleaner that my wife bought.

I finally got round to buying and painting a Necron Deceiver (proxy'd from a Wood Elf Spellsinger). It's a little big but I'll live with that.
