Mate... very cool terrain!
I reckon it works well. The only thing I can think of is that for the standard scenario you need to have bridges/fords over the river about 30cm apart (otherwise it can be a GREAT advantage for skimmer based armies).
Isn't it great to play on a different board each game with such detailed and practical terrain. Where did you get it and how much did it cost? Love it. Steve.

Funky. I used to love battle tech. That would definitely also suit some Epic games.

Thanks guys. I like the Hexon stuff as it's very easy to store and is highly modular. The draw back, of course, is it's expensive. I wouldn't buy it for Epic alone, it's just that it has large hex's which is perfect for Battletech.......but seeings I've got it anyway, it suits Epic well.
